Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Nida’s Driving School. By booking lessons or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Lesson Bookings

All lessons must be booked in advance and confirmed by Nida’s Driving School. Bookings can be made via phone, email, or online contact forms. Lesson availability may vary depending on location and instructor schedules.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a charge equal to the full cost of the missed lesson. Refunds for prepaid block bookings will only be issued for unused lessons and are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Block bookings must be completed within one-month from the date of the first lesson. Students may continue to take any remaining lessons beyond this period; however, refunds for any unused lessons will not be granted once the one-month period has expired, except under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Nida's Driving School and / or the instructor.

3. Punctuality

Students must be ready at the agreed pickup location on time. Instructors will wait a maximum of 10 minutes before the lesson is considered missed and charged in full.

4. Conduct and Safety

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and other road users. Nida’s Driving School reserves the right to terminate lessons immediately in the event of unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior. All students must follow instructor directions for safety.

5. Vehicles and Insurance

All training vehicles are maintained to a high standard and are fully insured for driving tuition purposes. Learners must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence at all times during lessons.

6. Driving Tests

Nida’s Driving School instructors reserve the right to decide whether a student is ready to use the school’s car for their practical driving test. The decision will be based on the student’s safety and competence level.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure student safety, Nida’s Driving School and its instructors cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from lessons or driving tests unless proven negligent.

8. Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected solely for lesson bookings and communication purposes and is never shared with third parties without consent. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be made available on our website.
